About Piedmont Metal
Piedmont Metal is a light-gauge metal fabrication shop based in Charlotte, NC, specializing in HVAC ductwork, fittings, and custom metal fabrication. We work with mechanical contractors, HVAC service companies, and builders throughout the region. From 16-gauge welded roof curb adapters to 26-gauge square-to-rounds, we fabricate with precision, craftsmanship, and reliability.
Our shop also creates decorative and architectural metal products in copper, zinc, and stainless steel — from cupolas and range hoods to custom countertops and wall art. With more than 30 years of experience, Piedmont Metal is known for taking on complex jobs others won’t touch and doing them right.
